What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers or third-party analytics. It has a single form: the contact form.

The host may keep standard technical logs (for example the IP address of a request) to keep the service running and secure.

The contact form

If you use it, we store: your name, your email address, your organisation (optional), the topic, the timeframe and your message. You must tick a consent box: without it, nothing is sent.

Purpose: to answer your request, and nothing else. Basis: your consent. Recipient: Hinvax, which relies on two technical providers: Hostinger (website hosting) and Neon (database). The database is located in Europe, in Frankfurt (Germany), so outside Benin. The data is encrypted in transit.

Retention: 12 months, then automatic deletion. You can ask for erasure or export at any time by email; we answer as soon as we can.

To limit abuse without any tracker, we keep for 48 hours an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself, and never together with your message.

If you write to us by email

We use your address and message only to reply. You can ask to access, correct or delete this data by writing to us.

Changes

When other features collect data (estimate, quote, chat), this page will state the purpose and retention period of each, before the feature opens.
